Nathan Elliott

Nathan grew up in Goodland, Kansas. Nathan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Fort Hays State University in 2007, followed by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2010. After graduating from KU Law, Nathan and his wife Crystal moved to Wichita.

Nathan’s practice includes a variety of civil litigation, including first party insurance claims, personal injury, wrongful death, consumer protection, estate and trust litigation, and business litigation.

Nathan is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and serves as Chair of the Board of Editors of the Journal of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. Nathan also serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Kansas Legal Services.

When not at work, Nathan spends his time with his wife Crystal, their children William and Halle, and dog Duke.
