Please don’t send us any details about your situation until we’ve confirmed we can represent you with a written representation agreement.  When you send information, please send us the names of involved parties so we can confirm there is no conflict of interest before we speak with you.  By submitting any information to us, you agree that we can review it. Even if you send us information in good faith and think it’s confidential, our review doesn’t stop us from representing another client who might be directly against you, even if your information could be used in that case.
